Lost the bulk of it 170 lbs. in 11 months lost 5 lbs. last 3 months Still would like to lose 15 more.

The pic on left is on Treasure Island, Florida The one on the right is close to home @ Ohiopyle State Park, Pa. When I started in May of 2011 the ONLY exercise I could do was walk in the pool at my gym!

May 15, 2011 = 360 lbs. February 15, 2012 = 202 lbs. June 15, 2012 = 184 lbs. YOU CAN DO IT!!!!

It won't excite anyone but we did it the "old fashioned way" we counted calories and used MFP to record all intake. I am finally convinced that ANYONE CAN DO IT!! It all starts and ends in the way we think and how we view ourselves
