Loved the apple cinnamon ones - so hard to find variety in Scotland.

Ooh, on it like a car bonnet! CW: 144lbs GW: 134lbs However, 135lbs (ish) is my ultimate goal weight so weight loss has slowed right down, so if I don't make it I'm not going to be gutted, esp. as I'll trying to create lean muscle.

I was curoius too as I'd never heard "taint" used in a body part conversation!

YES! Sometimes you just have to give in. Not every day, obviously, but even if you've had a great week, sometimes nothing will hit the spot like a massive cheesy pepperoni pizza or a donut. Or both, with Doritos. We're so strict with ourselves that the odd day off isn't going to adversely affect us too much. We need…

Oh dear, sounds like nonsense to me. Seriously, if your physio operates from a booth at the mall, find a new one lass.

Wow, first time I've read that. Awesome!

I love tattoos and think that a nice, tasteful custom piece on a lass is gorgeous. It literally is having an open heart, I think - just displaying it for the world to see. I've spoke to a lot of guys about chest pieces and it seems that there are less guys that like them (on girls) than girls that don't like them (on…

Good work, thanks!

I'd definitely try to at least hit 1,200 calories a day - your body may be going into starvation mode and won't budge any weight. But, as has previously been said, it's only a week. It sucks if you don't see any changes but it's too soon to worry.

My fringe ALWAYS falls in my face, and to make it worse, it goes really curly and stick to my face or pokes me in the eye. Kirby grips are a godsend, but I have to admit that I've just bought a sweat/head band. it's retro chic, OK? OK?? Plus, I've just had lash extensions stuck on and I don't really want sweat getting in…

Hi Rach! Sorry, thought I'd sent my stuff through - latest weight is 163.2 xx

I'm on here because I've got a bit of a muffin top and saddle bags. They don't suit me and I don't like them. They're like gremlins that won't bugger off So I want help getting rid of them, and to get an education. We all no roughly what's good and bad for us, but seeing the breakdown of the foods I was eating was a real…

Nice one Jerry! Brilliant job! You've done a fantastic thing for your body, that thousands of people wouldn't have the courage nor enthusiasm for. Laney x

My vote also goes to Total 0%, so yummy!

Endomondo - GPS tracking for sports. Tells you your calories burnt, speed, time, map, etc. I use it even when I'm walking to work to keep track of EVERYTHING! You NEED it! x

.... you sit with MFP on a tab on your web browser, updating it as soon as you make a cup of tea!

I often find that exercise eases tense muscles (eventually). If I'm stiff after strength training, a good blast on my bike (stationary or mobile) usually sees me right! Remember to stretch, that should help too. Flexible muscles are less prone to injury.

You've got my vote lady, I love all things metal and pin-up! You're bloody gorgeous and truly deserve it. Keep up the hard work!

Hey, I'm from Scotland but I'm not a bad lass.... Happy to share recipes - it really frustrates me to come across tasty sounding recipes, but everythings a "brand" with no description, or measures in "cups"! Pretty dark myself but happy to offer support! x

Hey lady! Try to cut out fizzy drinks as well as tea and coffee, as these things bloat you. Try to cut back on sugary and salty snacks and drinks, salt especially as this maes you retain water. Get drinking green tea as this "flushes" you out. These won't work miracles, but you'll certainly feel less bloated and more…

Yup, tricep dips are also good for the rest of the arms, upper back and pecs, meaning a nice wee lift for breasticles too!

Tricep dips. Killer, but very effective.…
