  • I eat all the time. Mostly good things but I always hit my calorie goal even if I have to force myself to take breaks and eat at work. Id rather not starve myself to lose the weight!
  • Cardio = burning calories fairly quick. Whey = lean muscle. Yes I could just pound the whey and lift a ton of stuff but in my case its more for the lean factor. Its also 15 degrees outside so running at the gym makes sense to me
  • It calculates it by taking the total calories you burn by "resting" for 24 hours which is your BMR. Where do you see 372 at? It is probably just calculating off of whatever you're goal is....IE 1-2 pounds per week.
