Hi Kackie! Glad to see you! On the walking front - I got my 3.5 miles in at 4.1 mph and got some blisters on my heels gratis, due to new trainers which I'm not sure are right for me anyway, with or without the blisters!! :laugh: :laugh:

I've got it too, started using it around last January. Since I found MFP, I tend to use it for recording mileage and little else, though you can use it for measuring cals taken and record food etc. It doesn't, as far as I remember, work out how much you've eaten and take off cals burned?
