Hello, I am also doing the Insanity program and that really kicks my butt. So far I've lost around 8 lbs. As for meals I stay above 1500 since the Instanity program i burn around 550-600cal per workout (according to HRM). It has been working out great. Losing inches and along with the weight and I'm getting more…

I like to eat in between meals. Between Breakfast & Lunch, Lunch & Dinner. Keeps my hunger in check and by the time dinner comes around it's usually and medium portion. I like to stick with fruits and nuts. but of course don't go nuts with the nuts since it's easy to eat a crap load.

Lazyness and drinking which always was accompanied with fast food(because everything you eat when your drinking taste awesome). Friends didn't help either since they always wanted to go out a lot. All old habits.
