  • hi I'm Vrinda, I'm 36, mommy of two girls (7 and 3). I have been on and off MFP and had been losing and gaining back the weight. I really need to be determined this time. I need to work hard on correcting my eating habits.

  • what I do to help me walk more than 45 mins on treadmill is..I watch a show/episode alongwith walking. this way I don't notice the time spent walking :-) so usually I'm watching either 2 episodes or 1.5 episode daily. I'm addicted to TV shows so it helps me here.
  • I joined this group today..I use treadmill everyday for anywhere between 60 mins to 90 mins. I wish to lose at least 1 lb or so per week hence I feel maybe my goals match yours. so how do we track it? do you wear/use a pedometer? if yes then we can track everyday step counts? or let me know how do we plan.

  • Try replacing muffin, cakes, puffs, pakodas with veg vermicelli pulav or poha kind of things...these have way less calories and seriously fill your stomach if eaten with tea :-) also try black chana salad- soak it overnight then pressure cook it with some water and little salt (low heat for 40 mins after 1 whistle) then…
  • why don't you try eating dinner at around 6:30PM-7:30PM. this is what I do after I reach home from office. Soon after reaching home I need tea and some snacks so I replace those snacks with dinner. BTW...where do you live?
