Thanks guys! That is good information to know. I am definitely stronger than I was 2.5 months ago. I used to have to carry my littlest kids down the stairs one at a time, now I can carry both of them at the same time. I know that sounds little, but it was big to me. Thanks everyone! :) I wonder if muscle really does weigh more than fat. If it does, that could be the reason I look like I've lost more than I have. Anyone know for sure?

Thank you! I honestly can't believe the results I've gotten. I attribute most of it to lifting weights. My metabolism SUCKS and they say for every pound of muscle you put on your metabolism gets that much faster (I can't remember the exact number lol)

Ha! Thanks! I've never thought about it like that! I guess I'm thinking about it more like, "I've lost 25 but I still have like 70 to go" ... lol

Thanks! I was pretty stunned that I could change so much in only 6 weeks! Especially since I had lost only 17 lbs! (18 now! :happy: )
