D, your point is well taken: I have enjoyed eating Greece's traditional dishes, as long as I can understand what I read in the menus! "Fry" is grilled in Ireland! No "Chippie" for me! Will try out "Colcannon" and "champ"! Whew! ;-)

I have looked online and what I noticed lately was Irish breakfast fare of scone, fried sunny-side eggs, sausages and the like. I will research a bit more. Thanks anyhow! ;-)
