Ive been there.. add me too.. :) And I always just say Nope.. Im just fat.. and then they become instantly uncomfortable.. and I let them sit in it a bit before I offer any life line.. Hang in there.. :)

I had the same question.. Thanks for asking.. I always have 200-600 Calories left at the end of the day and Ive always thought that leaving them there was somehow helping me loose MORE weight.. :( Thanks for asking and for all the answers.. M

Hello... I am sure you can do it.. However.. If you have NEVER worked out before.. Then I would start with something a little lighter..
