Going a bit different - Aaron Eckhart ... I would be happy if I had his physique

No, just find films like "Sniper" or similar where you can learn how to stay very inactive and pick off zombies at a distance using a high power rifle and minimal effort.

Another vote. Currently on week 4 and using the NHS podcasts rather than any app. I never thought I would make it each week, but every week I surprise myself and I go further and longer!

Myself, the OH, a dog, two cats and 5 chickens ... I spend about £70 a week on food for home, plus about another £15 per week for my lunches at work I reckon. I should really make my own lunch, but I really can't face it at ~5am when I'm getting ready (and there's nothing worse than soggy sandwiches from being made the…

Yup - Under 6 weeks now. 1st May 2014 ... Not a hope of me being near goal as I left it too late to start, but I still don't want to be looking /too/ fat in the pictures. Hopefully the suits I chose will hide some sins! Not giving up afterwards though - this is a change of lifestyle for me for the better! :)

Diary -> Click on the pie chart icon bottom right, then the list icon top right under the right arrow for the date - this lists all the nutritional info for the day - not sure if that's what you're after.

Going to go a little against the grain here, but being a dance head (as in the music, not the action ... no-one wants to see that!) I pull down Judge Jules' podcast each week and use that. New tunes each week, and free! :)

Yup - two triggers for me really. The first was a trip to a theme park towards the end of last year. We queued to get to the front seats on the first ride, only to find out I was too fat to fit in it and had to go into the "extra room" seat. I still joke about needing the "fat seats", but every time I do a bit of me dies…

I joined when I was at my heaviest. I am still one of the largest people that go there, but I have learned not to care. I've never had any negative experience from anyone there. I felt out of place to start with as I could barely do 10 minutes on any of the machines without turning into a huge puddle of sweaty lard on the…

The gym I go to is part of a training/conference centre nearby (happens to be the BT training centre as well). It's only a small gym, but has sufficient equipment for my needs. As long as I avoid 4-6pm weekdays then generally it's just about right. Between 4-6pm you get all the meatheads in that get a free entry a day…

Hi from Stone in Staffordshire here - looking to lose 100lbs overall, and as much as I can before my wedding in a couple of months! Any brits feel free to add me! :)

If I may - another little tip - if you grate the cauliflower and zap it in the microwave, you have a low-cal rice substitute
