I prefer capri leggings only because they don't seem to ride up like shorts sometimes do. I do have a pair of running shorts with the built in and they are very cool. Good luck!

At my thinnest I was 145, which was during my senior year of high school. That should be an attainable goal for me.

I think for me it is a totally different way of thinking, although I don't know how to tell you to do it. The biggest help this time around has been my husband. He is making this change with me. Support is really important.

Wow, I don't know, good question. I think America Ferrera has a nice shape or maybe Jennifer Hudson. I'm a curvy girl so I won't be stick skinny. I don't want to be! I would just like to go up the stairs without getting winded. lol

I totally agree that 3 hrs before bed is a good time to stop eating, however I take my vitamins prior to bedtime so I have a cracker or something with it. I guess I'm a rule breaker as well. :)
