What frustrates me the most is I can't get on a schedule and stay there. All I think about is eating, to drown other things going on in my life. Exactly my problem as well. I am a stress eater and a bored eater. The only thing on my mind is food because there is so much going on in my life that I don't want to deal with, so eating makes it go away. I need to get out of that mindset, because the problems are still there after I eat, only I feel like crap as well.

Hi. I just found this site today, and I feel the same way you do. I'm going to try and keep up with my food and exercise, as I like seeing my accomplishments during the day.
