I'm on day 2 of level 2! HATE this level...but am certainly feeling yesterday's workout. I also do other tapes and run almost every day along with RI30, which I am doing 6 days. It's been 8 days and I haven't lost a lb yet! A little frustrated! Am sticking to 1200 calories, but am eating my workout calories burned too.…
