I start fresh every Monday as I inevitably go over my calories on the weekend because I drink more, exercise less (as I'm not cycling to work) and often eat more indulgently. I like to think it's balanced out by the fact I'm usually 300 or more calories under every weekday, and so far this does seem to work as I've lost…

You can do that on My Fitness Pal as well though. The problem is that they're ready made cakes purchased from a catering supplier so I don't know the recipe.
