I ate clean for a month once...didn't necessarily hate it but I love cereal and donuts way too much to eat that way all the time. And chocolate. And the ability to make decent decisions when money is low. Plus, I lift weights and sometimes I just want a donut or two after leg day. However, veggies are good too.

I'm new to the thread as well, and I greatly prefer heavy weight lifting over cardio, been doing it for a while now.
