I like the Hungry Girl strawberry daiquiri...uses sugar free Kool Aid packets, frozen strawberries, ice cubes, a little water and some rum (or vodka!)...I think it is about 120 calories per serving compared to hundreds on calories that it normal is (but I am NOT positive on the calories)

I like avocados on sandwiches, mashed up as a spread or dip...but my daughter loves to just scoop them out and put ranch dressing on top and eat them. I have seen people put them on a toasted BLT sandwich and do mostly veggies with just a little bit of bacon.

I love oatmeal...usually eat it without sugar...with PB, or PB and apples, or apples and raisins, or cinnamon, or sometimes a little sugar free syrup if I want a little something sweet.
