I guess I used the "wrong" word..."diet"...I was just wondering what was working for everyone...I am looking for a lifestyle change and not a quick fix by any means...but I just have to say...I am glad that everyone is on the "don't act like a moron diet"...but I just wanted to know what the "not acting like a moron" part…

welcome!! My dad also has heart problems--congestive heart failure with a pacemaker/defibrillator--which is the only thing keeping his heart going at times. He has some varied percentages of blockages---and trust me, I know how motivating that is!! good luck!!!

I have just started using the resistance bands/tubes--I like using them for toning arms and abs, etc. I also try to walk around the house (when nobody is around!), such as when I am taking the laundry to/from the laundry room, by doing lunges. I just joined this week...I think I will be ok logged my meals for the first little bit and then I feel I will be the same way. When it is something new, I do good....but then I get lazy---which is why I am on a diet in the first place :)
