I am currently 1200 and eating back half cals burned so I am usually 1400... but I am battling a ACL rupture so mobility is very limited at the moment :(

Incumbent bikes are great. I currently have a ruptured ACl in my knee and have found the bike to be wonderful. I just recently graduated to a upright spin cycle but cant do a full rotation yet...but i will get there! Also, pilates are good as most can be mat work... have a look on you tube. Ive been making my own work outs…

Sure am... full rupture here and broken tibia :( august 20th... was in full brace for 6 weeks to heal the bone. Knee partially healed dead straight. Surgeon wont touch me until i have at the least a 90 degree bend with minimal stiffness. It has been hell and my surgery has now been pushed from january to march or april.…

I am 38 with 3 children and this is a problem area for me also :( hormones can play a huge role ... along with stress :( I think most mamas fall under that one!

I have 3 kiddies and work full time... I get up at 5 am and do my workout before everyone else is up and nothing can get in the way or take priority! It's the only way in this crazy house! lol :wink:
