Well, I was away last week and so completely missed out on the weight in, but at the end of the October challenge... Week One- 124.5 Week Two- 120.5 Week Three- 120.5 Week Four- ... Week Five- 118 So I made five pounds in the end, even though I had a couple of terrible weeks :p Well done everyone :)

Week One- 124.5 Week Two- 120.5 Week Three- 120.5 Ha! I had a baaad weekend and put on any weight that I'd lost during the week, therefore I'm the same as last weeks weigh in :p I am going to have to try much harder this week! Good luck everyone.

I completely sympathise with your anxiety to go out running, I get incredible nervous exercising in front of people too! I tend to go for brisk strolls instead or do some exercises at home, this probably doesn't help you, but just to say good luck and I hope you find something that works for you :)
