Frozen Strawberries, water and brown sugar. Blend. It's that simple but still its like dessert. Also if u use little water instead of a smothie u get like a frozzy. Eat it with spoon. Family n Friends favorite!! Try it ;)

I walked for 54 min !!!!!!!!! I did it!! It was only an emergency. I hope i dont ever have to over excersise because i over ate ever again. It was fun though! NAH !! It wasn't that fun!
