There are a ton of good ideas here: brush your teeth, go to bed early, save calories and exercise are all things that work for me. I just finished. Right now - that sounds like a good idea. 73 push ups - my form wasn't very good for the last set and I had to take breaks during it. A nice break will be a good thing!

Wow - I wish I'd done the level test earlier! My abdominal are sore today from yesterday's test! Don't be discouraged starting with a low number. In one year I was able to go from less than one pull up to 6 just messing around. More recently, I was able to go from one pull-up to 13 in a month or two. Keep with the program…

I'm game to try it! I'm doing I just made 26 on the initial test which puts me in level 3. I wouldn't have guessed I'd qualify for something called level 3 fitness :-)
