I agree. Weighing daily is not good for me personally. I realize that for me, this has to be an overall change and not let the scale dictate my progress. Also, if one has began to use weights as part of their improvements, you may not see results on the scale but with body composition. Once a month for me. :)

My opion, any quick will not last. Also, my experience. Slow and steady, it's a healthy alternative. :)

For me what works, cutting out carbs. I can do 2-3 days of strickly low fat, lean protein and loss my belly fat. When I can take it I do a 4th day of protein only but it gets tough. :smile:
