I'm right around the 100lb loss goal as well! I've been a member on and off for the past couple years and just recently started giving it my all again. I've lost 20 lbs since October but still have some work to do to get healthy and happy! Always here to chat and support :) feel free to add!

I work out from home. I do a lot of circuit training... I personally LOVE Jillian Michael's 30 day shred and Tae-Bo... great cardio and strength workout with small weights (if you want) or with nothing!

My NSV for today would be getting 2 workouts in... without going to the gym! Dog walking = a great second workout! Feels good to make my pup happy while I'm helping myself :)
