I eat whatever I want, but in moderation. I eat a 1/2 cup of ice cream every night. I always stay within my calories. You only have 1 day left of level 2? I'm so jealous! I HATE this level! Ughs! I really liked the Shred until I got to Level 2. Now I hate level 2 so I just with I could avoid doing it every day. LOL Sad, I know. I've missed the last two days, so I plan to do it twice today & tomorrow. That way I'll be caught up again.

It you start it September 1st, I'll do it with you! I am doing it now, plan to take a rest day on the 31st & then do it all over again! =) .... I've seen people get huge results from it. Weigh-in for Level 1.... I weighed myself before starting Level1 @ 207.2lbs, but then went up to 210 a day or so after. Weighed myself after Level1 @ 202.8..... Lost 7.2lbs during Level 1. Or 4.4lbs if you don't count the gain I had during it. Either way, I'm happy =) Not doing measurements until after all 30 Days are up.

Did L2D1 this morning! Burned 335 calories @ took sooooooooooo many breaks! I'm thinking this must be A LOT harder, because I burned way more calories & took way more breaks?

LOL! I could hardly move my legs when I woke up =P Feeling a little better than I did. Have to do Level 2 of the Shred today. YIKES! We should try this again sometime.... Not eating 1200 calories (because everyone is different), but just burning 1200 calories! =P

Burned 300 doing Physical Training exercises, and burned 317 doing 30 Day Shred.... Planning to do 30DS again tonight, and maybe go for a walk to burn the other 300 left after that. Good luck everyone! =D

Does mowing the lawn count as "working out"? ... LOL! I'm just kidding =) .... Hey, If I'm cutting the lawn and walking for 30 minutes, it totally counts. Wish I wouldn't have cut the lawn yesterday now =P Should have through of that =P

30 Day Shred was meant to be every single day for 30 days, each level for 10 days... I do it that way because I don't really do any other workouts during the week. I know some people take days off because they do other activities, which is fine. I personally do it at night, because that's when I have the most energy. If…

The only thing that hurts for me is my arms when I'm doing the Shred. Otherwise I'm not in pain if I'm doing working out anymore. I did level 2 the first time around and it wasn't as scary or hard as I thought it would be. It was actually FUN! I was ready for a change =)... I am scared of level 3 for sure though!

Not doing the Shred tonight, because I'm doing a challenge tomorrow....Eating 1200 & burning 1200 calories. I guess I'll be doing the Shred tomorrow morning-L1D9 (300 cal) And doing the Shred tomorrow evening-L1D10 (300 cal) Going for a walk (300 cal) Any ideas on what to do for the other 300 calories? Only a few more hours and we begin! =) ... I actually had PT today... So I'll really have to step it up. Doing the Shred twice and going for a walk... that should be 900 right there. =/ Wonder how to burn the other 300 now? Crunches during a movie is the only other than i can think of... There's no way i can do the Shred…

I think you can have everything in moderation. But some people don't know what moderation is. Just finished L1D8. My arms are sore so I couldn't even do half of the arm raises. But I only burned 10 calories less than normal, so that's not too bad. I mad up for it by doing some jumping jacks at the end! I can see tiny muscles in my arms now when I try to flex! Woohoo!

I have Physical Therapy & I think I'm going to do the 30 Day Shred twice (because i can't do the 30DS on thrusday)! i wonder how many calories all that working out will burn =P Maybe go for a walk, or do crunches while watching a movie?
