  • if I use only the twists noodles out of the box, what option should i use for MFP food data base. Can't find anything for twists noodles.
  • Definitely not the same. These noodles are twists & I have no idea what brand to use.... I'm starting to just want to use what's in the box so it's easier. Usually I use noodles out of the regular mac n cheese and use a different sauce with it.

  • Okay, this is going to sound stupid, BUT... Can water cause this? I NEVER drink water, and today I've already drank over 32oz... Or here's another change. I've been drinking diet soda like crazy lately, and I haven't drank any soda since last night. Caffine withdrawl? But no headache or anything.
  • The only time I ever feel like this is when I get pulled over by a cop. But I don't feel nervous or guilty. So I'm thinking it has something to do with nutrition? *shrugs* Wish i could figure this out. I sat/layed down for 30 minute doing nothing but trying to be relaxed, and it didn't help.

  • I'm 5'6" & only want to get to 160lbs... I have to be 150 at the highest to be "healthy", but I think with my DD boobs I could be healthy at 160. Or maybe that's just an excuse, either way I think I'd look pretty good at 160, & if I don't then I'll go from there & decide.

  • you're the 2nd person I heard say that.... But that's weird, because the back of the package says "These sugar substitutes are slowly metabolized", so wouldn't that mean the opposite
  • You can count calories and still not lose. If you eat 1,200 of ONLY junk, brownies, sugar, candy bars, etc it's going to stick around longer than eating 1,200 of healthy natural foods.
  • Food-> Settings-> and then you can add sugar, fiber, etc .... you can even change the order you see them in. To me I think sugar and sodium in the more important things i had to cut back on, so i put those first
  • I agree, completely! I didn't mean cut it out all together. I still eat whatever I want, but in moderation too. But when we first started MFP and cut back it wasn't easy. It's the same concept. =)
  • gimmick? He's a nutritionist, he's not trying to sell anything to anyone. He's trying to teach people to be even healthier with food choices. Don't bash it til you've tried it.

  • Yes. But just like calories for everyone, some days we're over & some days we're under. For now I've been very strict to not go over 15.   • I didn't say that. Definitely not what I meant. It's a trick to get you to eat healthier, nothing more. I can eat A LOT of food for only 1,200 calories now that I learned to cut the sugar down & only eat healthy. If you eat junkfood you can eat a little and already be at 1,200.
  • Aw thanks girl! It wasn't easy in the beginning, mainly because I needed to figure out what foods worked for it. Nuts, string cheese, sugar free bread, etc. Once you figure out what foods have no sugar, or are low in sugar, it's a breeze! =)
  • Under 1,200 is supposedly "starvation mode" and your body thinks it can't lose. Your net needs to be at 1,200, so if you eat 1,200 and don't work out you're fine. But if you eat 1,200 and work out 300, it puts your net at 900. .... At least that's what people say. But like everyone else said, different things work for…
