I know, I was shocked. So was Rachael Ray. The guy said, "I tell people 4-9lbs"... And Rachael Ray said, "4-9lbs a what? A week?" And the guy said, "Yes, 4-9lbs a week is what a tell people when cutting their sugars to 15grams a day" I'm still surprised.

I don't log my water, but I do drink it =) I don't eat like this every day. Just had a bad day =P It just made me curious, if a random day here or there like this would hurt me in the long run.

It was a "general" question. Not a question relating to me... I personally eat my food & work out. (The way it should be done). I just know a lot of people that don't want to do both, so they either want to A) Work out, or B) Cut back on food. I'm just curious which of those do make you lose faster.

HAHAHA! I have a friend who keeps telling me she's a lot smaller than me. But when I said I lost weight & cant fit into some of my clothes anymore she said she really wanted them all.... LOL!?!?!?! She wants to clothes I wore 35lbs ago, yet she thinks she's smaller than me now? Hmmmm. LOL

Really? Nobody has any ideas? =/ How about: Meal- Meatloaf: 4oz meat (venison, beef, or turkey), 10 crunched up crackers, 1 egg, and... 2tbsp BBQ sauce, OR if you don't like bbq sauce try onion powder, garlic powder, italian seasoning, & pizza sauce.

Did 30DS last month, and doing it this month with no break is really killing my arms & making my bad know not so great lately. So I've decided to only do 30DS Mon-Fri until Oct 11th, that way I get my 30 Days in, and 2 days off a week. Plus now I'll do 6W6P & walking off 500 calories every day until Oct 11 also.

L1D7 tonight, it's A LOT easier. BUT I have given up on doing the side lunges with arm raises (can't even keep doing them with 3lbs weights). Perfect, just wanted I wanted to hear. I lost all my baby weight, but I didn't lose it all in my stomach LOL So that needs to go! Esp the lower stomach =P I'm ready to tackle my first day of 6W6P right now, wish me luck! Hope I burn a lot of calories! Feel free to friend me =)
