If you don't like hearing Jillian you can mute it and listen to music.... OR if you have a laptop you can mute the dvd on mute & put it next to the tv while you watch a movie. Makes the workout go so much faster! =)

Sandwhiches, I use 35 calorie white bread =) maybe p&j? Subway? If they have a microwave you could bring speghetti, etc snack would be sugar free jello (only 5 calories) or vegis with dip. you can get a big bag that has a bunch of small bags of chips in it for under so many calories of each bag Water (with flavor packets)

I watch Netflix tv shows, so no commercials. Some of them are so addicting that it's just one episode after another and then another... lol... My 1st round of 30DS I was burning almost 300 Calories when I'd do Level 1... this time I'm not burning as many. Which I guess is good, because that means I'm getting more fit, but it's still a little sad that I'm not burning as much... Good thing I'm doing this twice a day, makes up for the calories I'm not burning…

What's everyone's favorite and least favorite part of Level 1? Favorite: Anything on the floor, makes me feel like I'm getting a break (butterflies) Least Fav: Side lunges with arm raises - Can't seem to do the arm lifts the whole time with it

For the month of September I'm doing the 30DS 2x a day (except Fridays), & walking til I burn 500 calories every day. I'll have to try Ripped in 30 when I get back from Jamaica =)

The most room you use up is laying on your stomach with your arms and legs straight out You need dumbbells.... I suggest getting 5lb AND 3lb

This is my 2nd round of 30 Day Shred. Level 3 was easy... so starting over on Level 1 again was a bit challenging. But a lot easier than the first time. =) I look forward to finishing the 30 days and seeing before/after pictures again!

I don't eat mine back, never have. I don't see the point. I've lost an average of 1.5lbs a week without hardly working out. Now that i'm working out a lot I still don't eat them back & I never feel drowsy & weak.
