Agreed! The bible talks about "clean" and "unclean" foods. And pig is "unclean" ... Leveticus 11 So I don't eat pig, etc... to me that could mean I'm "eating clean" even though every once in a while I'll eat ice cream or m&ms etc

I've heard bad things about aspartame but didn't know that... I only use or eat things that have Splenda when I have something with a zero calorie sweetener.

My dr has a height/weight chart that says what a person should eat... I'm 5'6" & 200lbs, I'm suppose to eat 800 calories today.... So here's a good question.... I have an HRM. I walk until I burn 300 calories.... As I lose weight and still walk til I burn 300 Calories. Is that okay instead of adding distance? Or would that automatically add the distance?

I suggest getting more than one weight... I got 5lbs but they were too heavy for some of the stuff, so I also got 3lbs... Better to switch over to lighter dumbbells when you get tired, than to just not be able to keep doing it at all =)

THIS might be what's happen too!.... I am doing 30DS, and finaly got to Level 3, it's sooooooooooooooooo easy for me. Level 2 was really hard, but now I'm on level 3 and I feel like my body isn't even working out because it just isn't difficult at all

Consulting a profession with food intake, and they said for my height/weight to stick with 800 a day & not to eat back exercise calories. Since they are professionals I've stuck with their advice. edit: I drink water =) I just drink a lot of it, so i dont log it

I've already skipped 3 days of Level 3 because I got sooooooooooooooo bored with it. =/ Ughs! I guess I should just do it twice for the next 3 days and make up for it. It's just so easy that it's boring. =/
