Thanks everyone. I just hope I can pull it off in 7 weeks for Jamaica. =/ I'd totally wear it if I didn't have my "back rolls" I should have bought the black one so I could wear my colorful wrap over it. That was a good idea!

I completely understand. I had a kid & now my belly hangs low in the front & never did before. Also, I have DD boobs, so a bikini sort of kills my neck because of the boob-weight lol. I will definitely be bringing my tankini to Jamaica with me also! More comfortable!

Would you be interested in doing the 30DS with me next month? I'm planning to do each day twice a day... So maybe if you're doing L1D1 twice a day for he 10 days it will help strengthen your legs by Level 2 &3?

After 30DS is done... I plan to redo it starting September 1st doing every day twice a day, until the 30 days are over. Does anyone else want to do this?

I talked to my husband about it... He said that maybe Level 3 is harder, but Level 2 is much harder so our bodys got use to it & don't notice that Level 3 is as hard as it is because L2 got us ready for it? Could be who knows.... Maybe you should try a day of Level 3 tomorrow before doing Level 2. Only one way to find out.

Good! Well... not good that it's easy... but Good to know. I thought I was completely slacking or something, so I posted on the wall & every reply was that they all thought it was really easy & boring. So at least I know it's not just me.

Couldn't say it better myself I'm in physical therapy for my knee. So Level 2 was the hardest, but Level 3 I have to modify for some moves because of it. I burned about as many calories tonight as I did in Level 1. ... I burned 40 more calories in Level 2.

L3D1 Done! Burned only 291 Calories today? .... Level 3 seems easier than Level 2??????? I can't do the jumps where you kick your legs back before landing... I think I can't jump that high or something? Does anyone else have this problem? Does anyone else feel like Level 3 is easier?

I'm in physical therapy for my left knee... Everyone's making me a little nervous talking about how their knees hurt from Level 3.... Need to do L3D1 today....=/ I hope it doesn't set back all the hard work I've been doing in pt.

MFP tells you how many calories you burned from the week from Monday-Sunday. So I'd technically start on the 29th for an accurate count. Every sunday we can log how many calories we burned for the week here, we can also do a weekly weigh-in.
