i like a big dollop on my porridge in the morning and mixed with a fruit salad for a snack or just on it own its great. honestly i love yogurt and could live off the stuff! it even lovely just to dip your fruit into for a snack if u don't want a big bowl full.

a cup of water is 250ml. i like the green tea with pineapple and grapefruit flavours or the chai green tea. your body does get used to the extra water in take after a while you wont be running to the loo as much lol but it could be counted as extra exercise esp as i have to take the stairs to go when im at work :)

if you get past the 2nd - 3rd day you wont get as sore. and when you are sore if you power through it will actually loosen you up and you'll be less sore after exercising. i didnt find it easier or harder either way doing 30ds then eliptical or eliptical then 30ds. good luck!
