i am in graduate school and key is planning! I plan out my week on Sunday, do the shopping, all prep work. This even includes usually making overnight oatmeal for breakfast each day. Then the week is a breeze! You can preplan for the night you will be out with your fellow students, etc.

There are recipes to make your own, but you can find it at some grocery stores, like Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Sprouts. I think at Trader Joe's it is $3/package.

I was unaware that Ritz cracker casserole dishes existed until last night when my boyfriend's very Southern parents called say they found a new Ritz cracker casserole! And I kept think a NEW one?!?!
