  • I've had the same kind of day, I'm 500 calories over my limit & I have been doing so well. I don't feel like exercising & I just want to pig out now. But.... it's not worth it! Gonna pull a you tube video of Zumba & burn these extras off. Find something to take your mind off food. Good luck!
  • I did it back in 2009 & lost 23 pounds in 5 weeks. BUT - I gained it all back when I stopped. Now I'm trying to just balance my foods & lower my portions & have lost 29 pounds, but it's taken me 8 months to do it. I just got way too bored on Atkins.
  • Body believes you are starving it.. Think of those kids in the commercials who are starving & have the big bellys.... You need to eat 1200 calories & eat at least some of your exercise calories. I am also on WW but quit losing when they went to Points Plus. Been here 3 weeks tomorrow & have lost 6.6 since.

  • All science says to eat breakfast. Personally I can't- I'm just not hungry till lunch. I've lost 29 pounds so far. A hard boiled egg would be good though 100 calories & protein to start your day.

  • I feel like a shorty at 5' 7" here, lol! I am at 150 now, my goal is 135- I've been down to 126 & I looked sick. Body frame has so much to do with it. I feel good after losing 29 pounds so far & if my hips/thighs were more proportioned to my body I would be fine at this weight. Just go with what feels good!

  • Have you had your thyroid checked? A simple blood test is how I found out that was my problem.   • Nikki, are you new to exercising this much? When starting out an exercise program your muscles will hold water sometimes. As long as you are eating healthy and exercising you will both lose weight and tone up. Good luck!

  • Thought I would update you guys since today was my weigh in. 2 weeks on MFP... 6.2 pounds off! This after a 4 month plateau on WW using PP. Also switched back to old WW plan but I stop at either 19 points or 1200 calories (whichever comes first).
