Aiming to work out for at least an hour, and stick to my calories limit. Visiting family and eating out at the weekend, so hoping the restaurant have a nice salad option :-)

Today I have achieved all my goals for the day. I have done 2 hours of exercise, stayed under my calorie count and drank 2 litres of water

SW: 211.1 LW: 210.6 CW: 210 So a loss of .6 of an lb this week. Not surprised really as I was not allowed to exercise for a good part of this week due to treatment. However after two and a half hours of exercise today I think I have started the ball rolling for what I hope will be a good loss next week.

Hi everyone, My name is Rebecca I am from England. I currently weigh 210.6lbs and aiming to weigh 198lbs by 31/12/2014. I am going to achieve this by logging in everyday so I can keep track of my calories, exercising for a minimum of 20 mins on the exercise bike a day and horse riding once a week.

I have a max calorie allowance of 1600-1700 and I try not to eat back the calories I burn off. I have a ridiculous amount of allergies (23) so meals are hard. SW: 211.1 LW: 213 CW: 210.6 Lost 2.4lb this week :-) GW: 198lb so only 12lb to go which with 12 and a bit weeks till Christmas I think is achievable :-) I am already lighter than last christmas which I am very happy about.

Well 2lb gain this week, but I had expected that due to less exercise and bad portion sizes.
