a lot of the times the machines in gyms are set up to count the calories for a person of a certain gender and a certain height/weight. so if you're taller/heavier than what the machine is set up for (information MFP would have) the machine wouldn't be giving you an accurate estimation of the calories you burned.

you find it so hard not to binge on it because bran flakes (like the majority of breakfast cereals) are loaded down with sugar. it's usually the third or fourth ingredient on the boxes I see in supermarkets

the idea is that you're already eating at a calorie deficit. if you were eating at your needs for the day then you wouldn't eat backt he exercise cals because they would be the cals you were "cutting" for the day. 95 per slice is LOWER than most breads? jesus, most of the white breads in my neck of the woods come in around 80'ish per slice (37-39g usually, i checked a couple).. i'd heard there was loads of sugar added to american bread but god damn, that has ever so slightly blown my mind
