I'd probably change your starting weight as 7 lbs heavier if the old scale was consistent. You have in fact lost 25 lbs correct, just with different starting numbers.

I have found I lost weight more rapidly since becoming vegetarian. I don't feel sluggish like when I ate meat, and therefore am able to do more in a day. I eat a lot of vegetables, whole grains, eggs, cottage cheese, beans, and nuts when needed...and my diet while probably higher in carbs is very low in fat. I'm not trying…

Congrats on the major weight loss. I get depression, for a long time now. I eat differently when I notice more severe symptoms.
