It's interesting... my parents adopted me from South Korea in '85 and they didn't have to travel there at all.

I used to do 30DS in my living room and everytime I got near the floor, my dog Ollie would come over a lick my face. They also got really excited when I started doing jumping jacks.

I log from about 3pm to 9am. Basically from the time I get up, until I go to bed. Some people log from midnight to midnight... what ever works for you best!
