When do you work out?
As a night shifter, when do you work out? I mostly work out on my days off. I try and go when the gym is the least busy! On the weekends, I'll go anytime from 3pm-12am. On weekdays, I'll go before 3pm or after 7pm. If I work out on a work night, I go on break at 4am.

Did you always know?
This is directed to those who were adopted in the same country they were born in, did you grow up knowing you were adopted? Being Korean and raised by caucasian parents, of course I knew I was adopted! Also, my parents always told me from a very young age that I was adopted.

Drinking water at work
I don't drink nearly enough water. I work a 12 hour shift and other than breaks, my water has to come out of the drinking fountain. It totally grosses me out.
