I'm 5'2" and 1/2, currently weight 116, started at 133 where I was very smooshy and jiggly. I want to get down to 112 at the moment, but I looked great at 104-107 when I was younger, not sure if I will ever get there, since that was with no muscle and I'm trying to have some strength now.

" when you add the water and mix it it makes about a tablespoon of reconstituted peanut butter. and my tiny local walmart has it, in the peanut butter section.

First I started watching my portions, not getting seconds, and not mindlessly snacking all day. Making my food accountable or a SMALL treat. Then I added exercise and started tracking and bought a food scale to really help with portion size (found mine for $6 on amazon)

I personally don't see sugar addiction as an "excuse" but it does need to be recognised if that is something you see in yourself, I thought they had already proven that sugar was just as addictive as heroin? It triggers the same release of chemicals in your brain's reward center, making you crave more and go through…

One thing that has helped me is having a couple dark chocolate dove promises everyday, I eat it in tiny bites that melt in my mouth, it keeps me from binging from depriving myself.

You can friend me and I'll try to help, I have an open food journal, I've lost 10 lbs since Jan. 1st, working on the next ten. Portion control is my biggest thing, I don't exercise a ton, mostly yoga/pilates, but watching my portion and making my food accountable has been huge for me. I also allow myself a couple dark…

Usually right after I eat it, but dinner I log before, so I know what measurements I should use, plus if it goes over I'll adjust the portion size.

I guess you mean like a hula hoop? I'm not familiar. I did buy a hula hoop to use in my exercises sometimes, but it's just a regular one.

She sounds like an enabler, and like she doesn't "get it" either. Her behaviour with the neighbors also sounds quite childish. I suggest showing her your logs, maybe it will help her see what you are going for? maybe not, some people are people are perfectly happy with their head in the sand. I would try to reach her,…

I do have kale, I could sautee some with a little butter/olive oil, lemon juice and garlic, and make brown rice, with some spices in it. Fresh produce-wise there isn't much in there carrots, kale, potatoes, .. I have canned peas, carrots, spinach, canned tomatoes, beans, corn. In the pantry there is brown rice, jasmine…
