YES!!! i BF and i starve all the time!!! and when i work out its worse.. so i just try to choose healthier snacks like apples dipped in peanut butter or a bananna. I understand and feel ur pain girl lol.. sometimes i just snack on a teaspoon of peanut butter.. plus its protien!! good luck!
