To go a little bit more in depth than "you've got to be kidding me", you are depriving your body of the important nutrients and fuel it needs to function properly. In basic English, you are literally starving yourself, which is never a good idea. If you continue along this route, you will do massive damage to your body.

No, because I don't deprive myself, it can lead to binging. I eat what I want, I just make sure I stay within my calorie goal and hit my macros.

I'm the same way, but I drink green tea (to help boost metabolism) and it's so bitter I have to have it sweet. I use Stevia in the Raw now.

I had mine done a few years ago, doc gave me good meds so I didn't lose because I ate w/e I wanted after. I remember digging a sliver of almond out of the stitched up hole on the bottom after a Caesar salad.
