No one can tell you if you are going to have loose skin or not. Its just like stretch marks, some people get them, some don't. :)

I use the mpf app, I rarely use the website, and it only goes back 3 months with no option for weekly. Its not detailed at all.

5'10 here! My partner is 6'2 and would eat bacon all day everyday if he could.

As I see it the 5:2 is for weight loss reasons. I'm not talking about a "true" fast.

Usually for me the scale goes up about 1.5 -2kg (yes KG!) around that time, it takes about a week after if finishes to go back down.

At least once a week that old fat debs calls out to go on a big binge fest. But then the new smaller debs tells that wench to shut the hell up get back in it's corner. :smile:

My dairy is full of repeat meals because A) I like them and B) I know their caloric worth off by heart. I wouldn't call any of my foods "safe" I just know how to use portion control :smile:

Good challenge. I've done 40 days with no fastfood (subway once or twice). I feel better without it. Yeah.. watch out for the highly opinionated, If we think you're saying something wrong we will jump down your throat nazi's. Yes I could go to MacDonald's and eat half my daily allowance there, but I would feel like crap…

My guess is A) She has some rare metabolic disorder or B) She's kidding herself over her calorie intake. OR C) She eats little for a few days, then eats way more other days. (this was me) I would eat very little for a period of 4 -5 days then BAM - High calorie binge fest. Looking back I had no idea just how many calories…

I think fasting the day before probably is where you went wrong. If you had cut 400cals from the day before, ate at maintenance the day of the wedding, then cut 400cals from the day after you would have had plenty of calories to work with.

Yup. I check everything, I'm not too worried over sodium, I know I don't go over very often, but I always check the calories, carbs, protein and fat. I actually wonder if some people enter in values that are false on purpose....
