The plan I'm on states no substitutions. Greek yogurt is suppose to be better. I've already told them if I can't learn to like it, I'm going with what I can eat.

For those asking why do I need to eat it or saying just don't eat it. It is part of my diet and I can't make a substitution. If I could, I'd eat regular yogurt. Why do I have to love it, because I don't want to eat something that I can't stand. Thus the reason for the post.

I am no good at these things. I always tend to forget to log. Anyway - I can tell you gremlins have taken control. I am pulling hard but there are more of them and although I'm a healthy girl, I'm having difficulty in fighting them. Crazy little cretins made me fall yesterday and threw me off my game. I agree - coffee, tea, if your just looking for the energy caffeine gives you then take a 5-hour energy. Otherwise, try to avoid any kind of soda.

I just got the Fitbit Flex. I like it but I think I should have gotten the bigger one. But I was too cheap to spend the money :) I don't find myself motivated to walk more but I notice that I am aware of how much I do move.
