Day 4 done. Usually do these in the morning but my girls were being a little needy this morning. Almost didn't do it tonight but my need to be able to write that I did the crunches and squats on this challenge won <3 :)

Hello, I have always struggled to get under 200 lbs. I like short goals because then I don't get frustrated with the slowness of long term goals.
