I had a good 25 minute walk at 3mph today, plus I did 40 minutes of hooping. Might go for another walk later, plus I worked at my dock job, so that was a bit of a workout in and of itself.

Thank you to everyone. :) It feels like I've been fighting forever to get down to this point, and it's so nice to see that scale tip below it. I don't know why exactly, but I feel like it's the best milestone yet. Now I hope to lose another 10 - 20 pounds before my birthday in October, so wish me good choices. :)
