  • October 28 I weighed in at 221.1; today I weighed 190.5. I'm feeling really good about myself and know that THIS time I can/will make it...we can all make it. The thing that helps me the most is letting myself feel good and actually visualizing how I look and how I feel at my ideal weight (127).
  • Hey, guess I'm a newbie...just found this site today. I've been with Jenny Craig for about 3 months and have lost 29 pounds. I'm beginning to go it on my own now and am looking for support to continue letting go of the habits that have led to this weight gain; I have about 66 more pounds to go.
