I was able to dig deep into the bottom of the drawer where I keep my shorts and they fit. I wore them to paint a room because I had written them off.

Congrats, that is dedication and the results speak for themselves. It makes me fell good about losing 8 pounds in 8 weeks. I just need to be confident that slow and steady is the way to go.
