I weigh the edible part of the fruit. I assume when logging fruit from a database (in grams/ounces) that it doesn't include the peel, core, pit etc. I don't know for sure but hope I am right about that. Regardless I am losing weight.

I weigh daily but don't get upset if my weight fluctuates from day to day because that's normal. I log my weight once a week. I measure every 2-4 weeks to give my body time to show a noticeable difference.

Yesterday I made chocolate chip oat cookies. They were small, about 2 inches in diameter and clocked in at 225 calories each! I could have had a whole chocolate bar for 50 cals more. Not worth it! That said I could reduce the sugar and butter without seriously compromising on taste.

I might be reading it wrong, but your post sounds like you've never tried peanut butter before? If not, don't even bother with the processed stuff (added sugar and oil). You have to log non-step activity ie. elliptical yourself. The 158 calories it logged were likely from your time on the treadmill and walking from machine to machine.
