Hey folks, I'm non binary and quite relieved to find a supportive group.

I'm from the UK, and I am a Celtic-influenced Pagan - I follow Brigid and the Cailleach.

Kind as that is, I think most - if not all - of us already have partners or husbands. This is about thinking about the stress our bodies will go through due to pregnancy and trying to minimize risk as much as we can by losing weight before we conceive.

Same goal here too! With every good decision I make with my food or exercise, it's motivating to think, "One step closer to having a family."

I've got Aspergers! I only realised it last year, so it's all kind of new and exciting for me. It makes sense of the struggles I've had my whole life, and finally understanding my limits and boundaries has made me feel so much better. I think it's one of the reasons I feel able to try to make a life-change like this one.

Six stone! That's incredible - well done.

Hi everyone! I'm 27 years old, live in the UK, and weigh 265lbs. I'd love to have some motivating friends who understand what it's like being big, wanting to lose over 100lbs, etc. I've been going to the gym for a year now, but I think diet is going to be key for actually making a difference to my weight.

I was hoping to make a post quite like this! I'm currently at 265lbs and so, ideally, I'm hoping to lose over 100lbs through making sensible changes to my diet. I've added a few people from this thread.
