His idea of "helping" me, is when I am doing pushups, he'll get down in front of me on his hands and knees and try to look up at me and mom!mom!mom! me, and I have to pause from laughing. I'm confused... Nobody is trying to eat at goal today? Because it's one of two "treat" days a year? I'm afraid I'm developing a food phobia, and I was planning to eat as little as I could to stay in goal lol. It would be nice to not think about what I am mindlessly eating for the day.... Hmm

I'm 5'2. My highest weight was 134 in highschool, and after my first baby, I guess metabolism kicked in and I went down to 113. I've stayed there for 13 years with the exception of unintentionally going down to 102, but with no muscle I looked gross. Now, I'm back at 113, and all my fat is in my hips, butt, and belly.…

Hmm, I get mostly flushed too. But a lifetime ago, there was a LOT of cardio, and water, and it was the first time I found out sweat could pour off me.

My relative constantly tells me I don't need to lose weight... Or other comments when she sees something I buy that's fat free, etc. I just keep telling her I'm not trying to lose weight, I'm trying to get strong.

I've been working out an hour or so after dinner. Today, I made the mistake of working out right before dinner, and I hadn't had much lunch. About 20 minutes later my sugar crashed and I think I made my workout worthless when I ate dinner. But I have hypoglycemia, so maybe eating beforehand would be good in my situation. I…

The first time I did this a few months ago, I don't think I made it past the third day because I could hardly move. But I've been contemplating dusting it off again. If I did it every other day, what should I do on the off days? My regular strength, or yoga?

This is why I'd like to be around 22% to 24%. I know what I would be happy with as far as what I want my body to look like, which basically is firmer. I'm squishy. But somehow in the last 4 months or so since I last took measurements, I've lost 2 inches in my waist and an inch in my hips. That couldn't happen in a week…

Lean mass is muscle weight, right? I would like to increase that. I know it's entirely inaccurate, but the calculator, based on my measurements said I am 32% bf, which seemed a bit high to me. Then I saw an article that said for them, it was about 5 off for them based on the caliper test. So that's how I unscientifically…

By fit, I mean muscle definition basically. A healthy bf%. Not just slim. For instance, if I'm 27% bf at 113 lbs, what might I weigh at 24%? Is that even possible to estimate? . Wow, so amazing. I've been scouring before and after pics, but nobody has a similar body before, lol. I want an idea what I might look like. Ok, thanks. I was thinking about eating breakfast and lunch, and then eat a bunch of snacks like fruit and /or yogurt in between if I get hungry.
