I have some sketchers slip-resistant work shoes. Very sturdy, but not technically for outdoors. Would those be okay?

If I feel like my measurements are getting bigger I'll pull out my corsets and wear them as tight as I can without pain for a day or two until I feel like it prevented the extra growth. I'll even sleep in it if I'm really worried. Note: due to my scoliosis discovery I don't sleep in them anymore.

I plan on at least taking an hour out to hike, some of it may involve light rock climbing, the kind of rock climbing that doesn't require safety equipment. But I don't know if it'd be considered long distance or not. I need someone to break the two down for me.

I haven't been able to tell if it has or hasn't yet. If anything, it's helping me from gaining. But I don't have a scale at home so I can't keep a weekly (or daily and get the average) on my own.

Exsactly, that's where my worry is. Plus, as long as I can remember I don't think I've ever had a 2200 calories or less diet. Jumping straight to 1600 would be far too overwhelming for me. I'll see what I can do about logging food better. :)

I'm glad you put your height because otherwise I would have been like "i don't see that much weight." It made it much easier to understand the distribution. I disagree with the one meal a day, but if you had/have all your panels showing no strain and it worked, that's all that matters. Good job! Very Inspirational : )
